I’m a believer!
Pete – thanks for the terrific suggestion of a body comp scale. Picked one up on Amazon for $40, (Fit2Live). As you suggested a check of my body water % reveals chronic dehydration as a potential roadblock to energy, flexibility and diet goals.
One week into the Fit 5 Challenge – drinking waaayyy more water,(1 Gal =128 oz per day). Feeling great. Drinking that much water makes it easy to get the steps in (back and forth to the men’s room -Ha!) – but seriously feeling much better.
And by the way – dropped 11 lbs in the first week without really ever breaking a sweat. I am sure much of that was water weight, but that is the fastest I have ever lost 10 lbs. Still a long way to go in this 8 week challenge, but thanks for tip on body comp scale and water intake. I’m a believer.

“Seriously how does everyone sit at their Desk all day? I get up every 45 min- 1 hour and get moving for a few minutes. Humans were not designed to sit all day, we were designed to go hunt for animals, gather fruit and move. Now we sit at our desks, sit in our cars, then sit at our houses. Love the vitality blaster powder
Love the vitality blaster powder. I mix it with unsweetened almond milk and add 1/2 banana per serving. It replaces my breakfast and again at lunch. I feel full and have energy to get through the day with this. I also noticed that I am sleeping better. All in all it’s part of my routine and I love it!!-S.C.

“Beginning week three of Fitroom Express Circuits. I’ve done the gym thing and group exercise classes before, however sticking to a fitness routine has been a challenge for me. If I want to go to the gym I need to get there by 5:30 AM which is hard to maintain. I find with Fitroom being onsite, the flexible scheduling (really like the iPhone app) and the 15 minute time slots to work really well. I’ll go to meetings in morning from 8 until 8:30 and then squeeze in a quick circuit at 8:40. I also appreciate the personal attention Peter and his staff provide.
