The Common Problem
We know many of our dietary choices fall short of providing all of our body’s nutritional needs. Studies have shown, one the core reasons for much of our illness and disease is from poor eating habits. Most of us know we need to make better choices in diet. The part we all find difficult is implementing this change. It is common to make one or two small adjustments or additions to our daily eating routine, but after a short time we drift back into our old eating habits. This may be because we don’t have time to cook a proper meal everyday, or we don’t get the results we’re looking for in a timely manner.
